Current Fee Schedule:  For Residential Appraisal Services - EDI delivery (Fees are based on complexity, distance, time required, and are subject to change without notice).  Payment is required prior to delivery.  The appraiser reserves the right to decline or withdraw from assignments at the appraiser's discretion.

Typical Counties: Dallas, Collin, & Rockwall.  Additional fees apply for counties surrounding typical area (Counties: Denton, Grayson, Hunt, Fannin, Kaufman, Tarrant, Ellis, Johnson, Cook, Wise, Parker).  Call for quote regarding extended county areas.

*Payment is required prior to delivery: We accept Cash, Money Orders, Cashiers Checks,  & may accept Personal Checks if bank is local to us (all checks will be cashed prior to delivery). Method of payment must be provided and approved prior to inspecting the subject.

* Discount:  Applies to cities listed that are in close proximity to us, and are for single-family residential conventional appraisals only.

* If requested, we report of current candidate comparable unadjusted sales in the subject's market area. Depending on the market analysis, these sales may or may not be utilized in the appraisal report. Per "USPAP", we do not comment on a subject's value without completing an appraisal.

* We measure dwellings using ANSI Standards
